bdk3 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on bdk3 and participate in any games or betting activities, you must be 21 years of age or older. We may request supporting documents to verify your age at any time. If it is found that an account is being operated by a minor, that account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

1.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed and any bonuses will be cancelled.

1.3 Information Provided at Registration

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the deposited balance. If any of your information changes, you are obligated to notify our support team immediately.

1.4 Voluntary Exclusion List

Any person who has decided to stop gaming on their own initiative or who is on a self-exclusion list should refrain from registering on bdk3. If such an account is identified, it will be closed immediately.

2.1 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account or sharing your login details is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Account Verification

bdk3 may request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method documentation at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Withdrawals may be held until this verification process is complete. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used at the time of registration.

2.3 Account Balance & Currency

All transactions on bdk3 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The balance displayed in your account is the combined total of your real money and bonus balance. Depending on the applicable conditions, these two portions may be treated separately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum Amounts

No transactions below these minimum amounts will be processed. Please confirm the amount before each transaction.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, processing may take longer during account verification or if additional review is required.

3.4 Deposit Confirmation

Your balance should update automatically after a deposit. If your balance has not updated within the expected time, please contact our support team with a screenshot of the transaction.

3.5 Third-Party Accounts

You may only deposit from and withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party account may result in the deposit being cancelled and the withdrawal being suspended.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bdk3 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 would cap the bonus at ৳15,000 for a total balance of ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. For example, receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — wagering must be completed before the offer expires.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed twice.
• bdk3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be reviewed.
• A bonus may not be applicable against cashback or in combination with other bonuses — please read the terms of each offer separately.

4.4 VIP Cashback

Regular members receive weekly cashback through the VIP program. Cashback rates by VIP level are as follows:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week

Members can move to a higher VIP level based on their regular activity.

5.1 Game Results

All game results on bdk3 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, for live games, by a real-time dealer. Game results are not predetermined. We use software from verified game providers to ensure fair play.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session or results are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, bdk3 will attempt to refund the amount wagered on that specific bet. In such situations, the decision of the support team is final.

5.3 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. It is not possible to place a bet beyond these limits.

5.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting on bdk3 covers various markets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Bets are settled once the match result is confirmed. If an event is cancelled, the wagered amount will be refunded. In any disputed case, bdk3's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdk3 platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

• Strategic misuse of the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage ("bonus arbitrage")
• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets on behalf of others or using another person's funds
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts
• Abusive behaviour toward other members or staff
• Operating an account under a false identity or someone else's identity

7.1 Collection of Personal Information

bdk3 collects your personal information for the purpose of registration and service provision, managed in accordance with our privacy policy. We keep your information secure through SSL encryption and other security measures.

7.2 Disclosure to Third Parties

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time. Before closing, please ensure that any eligible funds in your balance have been withdrawn. Bonus balances for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

9.2 Closure at bdk3's Discretion

bdk3 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Provision of false information
• Legal or regulatory authority directives
• Misconduct toward other members or staff

9.3 Balance Refund

In the event of account closure at our discretion, a decision on whether to refund the original deposited amount will be made based on the severity of the Terms violation. Bonus balances will always be forfeited.

10.1 Service Continuity

bdk3 always strives to provide a smooth and uninterrupted service. However, service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons — in such cases, bdk3 will bear no financial liability.

10.2 Internet Connection

bdk3 is not responsible for any game loss caused by a disconnection during play. Please ensure a stable connection before starting a game.

10.3 Third-Party Services

bdk3 is not directly responsible for issues arising from third-party services such as payment gateways or game providers, but will endeavour to assist in resolving them.

11.1 Changes to Terms
